Quick SCT tuner Question

I need to disconnect my battery on my stang, would that mess with my SCT tune? Should I reinstall the stock tune? Or can I just leave the custom tune installed and disconnect my battery and do what I need to do? I don't want to mess anything up. Has anybody here ever disconnected their battery with the tune installed? I want to make absolutely sure before I do anything.

wont hurt it, its held in the same spot as the stock one since it replaces it... you dont lose your stock tuen when you lose your battery and its the same for the aftermarket tune.

I have dont it and didnt have a problem
