Update

After 3 straight days of calling my insurance company, I get to talk to my adjuster...give her my side of the story. She said she will dispatch a claims adjuster to come look at the car and another person to go look at the scene with me. More people to deal with, what a flippin nightmare.... I'm going to start stoping at green lights Mabie they will send another person to check me for damage...mental distress.

What's the point of going to the scene 3 days later?

Only if the police do their jobs, which these did not...They could give a rats ass whose fault it is. Lets see, young white male in "sports car" vs 34 y/o woman in small SUV...the young male had to run the light b/c he thinks he's invincible...sound good to a cop, case closed. WRONG That is why my adjuster is going to go to the scene and sequence and time the lights, to prove that she is at fault and not me, because there is no way in hell I would run a red light in my car especially with Toni and Justin in the car.

This happened with my parents. They were hit by a red light runner... a young girl. She admitted to them then that she ran it and apologized. When she got home she changed her story and said that she was in the right and they ran it. The insurance company sent someone ot the scene and figured out she was lying because of the stoplight rotation, and she got in pop o matic trouble, and insurance covered my parents 100%. :mustngsha

Outstanding. :mick:

Just wish the cops were interested in pursuing folks making false statements. :jmg680:
