no, mostly truck rear ends and 05+ rear ends for mustangs... also, 03 cobra's irs is 31 spline... if you're looking to do a sra swap, you'll have to swap one that has been built up if you want 31 splines...
how does the 28 spline 5 lug hold up with drag radials and about 300 rwhp? Here in about november I will be able to do a 5 lug conversion on my 93 lx. I have been thinking about taking a 90 gt rear that I have and take it down to my buddies at Pyle Bros differentials and have them rebuild the posi, install 373's and put all new bearings and seals on some 5 lug axles. Think it's doable for about $850 without the cost of the axles.
300hp will be no problem with 28 splines.

99% of the time... there's always a chance that a hard launch with a 5sp will break a stock axle... but if you get hardened axles, even 28 spline, you should be fine... but for $850, you should be able to just about build a 31 spline 8.8 for your car... with axles...
