Rear Caliper tool

Anybody have one we can borrow. Im on the southside and will be doing the brake work for Wiked tomorrow morning. Are there any other special tools that will be needed for a front and rear rotor, pad, and front brake line swap?

You can rent them at vatozone. Other than that, nothing special is needed.

...or you can BUY it for like $10..... i know sometimes it's hard for the sidejob mechanic, but come on.. sometimes you gotta spend money to make money... especially if it's money you get back when you return it...

the rental was 35, and we didn't ask if we should buy it or not simply if some one had it so we could borrow it. I'll go straight to autozone next time. What support did I expect, its not like is a car club or anything...

Thanks for your help mike. And to those that have lent a helping hand with anything else also. I may not know much about cars but I am willing to help when I can.

So if you can rent it for free at Autozone, why bother trying to track someone down that will let you borrow it? Chances are whoever would have had one, you probably have an Autozone closer to you so you'd spend more (in gas) borrowing it.

Because I took an hour at autozone to finally get it. I also didnt want to chance getting to autozone and them having it lent out. I drive all over the city already so picking it up would more than likely not have been an issue.

I would have preferred a caliper removal tool.
