my dad is convinced that is why my axle tubes turned...by the way this is the second time my axle tubes have turned and i welded them after the first time

I don't see how quad shocks are going to help you with anything . I would start with a fresh housing , check it in a jig for straightness and have it welded up completely if you are concerned with it .
