Jeff and I are getting 900....thanks for nothing....we didn't pay in, got everything back, but we made well over 3 or 4 grand last year...too bad the initial reports of the package failed to mention the fine details that are fucking people in the ass......yet again the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

The site does however say that you should SAVE YOUR RECEIPT....which guess what....I NEVER GOT ONE....so that you can refile next year if you qualify for more...which we will when this little one pops out this fall....or if for some reason we have a better tax liability next spring....so I am guessing we will be fucked too then since I didn't get my notice!!

I am sending the IRS and govt agencies a photocopy of my asshole and my middle finger with a note that says: Thanks for the good time but I charge more for anal!!

If you do get the full amount....did you get all your money back when you filed?? I am interested to know....it is pretty fucked up Jeff and I worked last year, but we get the child tax credit, which gave us everything back, but we do have a child that costs way more than a grand a year....and are only getting 300 more than you....it costs me 95 bucks to fill up my tank...so that equals out to 3 weeks of gas....hahahaha!!

I tihnk it would be fucked up if they said you didn't qualify for anything like they did some. My sister has 2 kiddos and is a single mom and makes probably less the 40,000 a year and they said she didn't qualify. Go figure.

Interesting....if she is the legal guardian of the kids (claimed them as her dep.) I would think she would be eligible for the 300 per kid...and if she filed a return (based on ehr income she would have to have done so) she should get at least 300 for herself even if she got all her pay in's back....not going to dig into your personal info...but based on her having a job and children she should get something....of course unless she owed and did not pay or has backed student loans....they are reducing amounts people are eligible for based on those factors too.

Just to keep you guys up to date, but if you were claimed as a Dependant on some one elses tax return YOU DO NOT QUALIFY, no matter the conditions.

yea she'sthe gaurdian and didn't owe. Well to my knowledge. BUT if its the case in which she explained it to me with them saying she doesn't qualify based on her income thats a weak system. It could be one of those loop hole things.

Yeah, that was in plain print. It's the part that says if you CAN be claimed, but you WEREN'T... you still don't qualify that is in fine print. I still haven't read it myself, but my mom said she saw it somewhere under some tax laws. That's why I'm getting screwed... because my parents CAN claim me, but didn't. I think most likely because I still live at home. I assume that is what happened to Cody also if he does still live at home.

All the people I asked said that as long as you filed and made more than 3 g's you would get it. No one knew that if you were claimed you didnt get it, atleast the people I asked, and it wasnt just friends, I asked the people that helped me with my fafsa, and such.

Oh I guess I get what you mean, but the thing is... if someone else claims you, they get the $300 for you. So they can't give money to whoever claims you AND you. It's one or the other, or in my case... NONE!

Thats where I get lost, is there a limit on how many kids they get to claim? And an actual age limit? Im 21, go to college and work. No idea if my parents will get credit for me.
