Arrow Retrofit vs standard hydraulic roller cam

Ok this is it! Is there any performance differences or any of any kind between
a small base circle cam and a standard hydraulic roller cam? I also heard that
timming wouldn't be as accurate as a standard size cam. I am going to have a go with a small base circle cam for my 393W stroker. The standard was hitting the connecting rod bolt and it was way to much to grind of. I used
302 pistons with 5.956 size connecting rods which are standard size in a 351W.

Thanks,
David

There should be no differences between the two.
