With what you just typed added to your B, it will look like 85% of the other Bullitts and it'll look like 95% of all the other 99-04 GTs.

The picture in my sig is old.
What I'm getting at is the chin spoiler, grille delete and deep dish bullitts, especially in black, are 3 of the most played out/typical cosmetic additions that people make to 99-04s. Mine looked like that when I first bought it. It was nice, but got old and I changed it. I have a good bit of subtle things done. Anyone will know mine when they see it. You have a lot more options to make your car more unique than the majority. Why not explore those options? |

It's always about the money. We all know that. But instead of buying certain things because they're cheaper, doesn't necessarily mean you should. (do what you want, it's your car) Honestly, if you look at all the 99-04 GTs around, you know all, or atleast the majority of them have a friggin' chin spoiler and/or grill delete. You'd be the different one because you don't have those items, thus your car stands out.
Bullitts have a specific grill already. Looks like the normal GT/V6 grill, only the ring around the horse is black. Before I bought the Cobra bumper, I was going to swap out the grill delete for the stock Bullitt grill just because everyone else has one! It's played out. To be more different, I popped out the horse from the stock grille, painted it to match the car, and was going to put it back on the car, but came across the Cobra bumper for a super deal. Now I just have a horse painted DHG to match the car. If you get a chin spoiler, paint it to match the car. I think that would look pretty nice in TB. If there's a set of wheels you really like, save up for them. Don't settle for something else just because you don't have the money right now. It will be worth it in the long run. Trust me. Then you will ultimately have something you really, really love to drive and something you love looking at. You could swap out your badges, do suspension work, engine stuff, interior parts, have interior parts painted to match the car.. lots of things you can do. But believe me, it's the little things you do that really set the car apart from the others. If you want more good advice, talk to Garlen. He has the silver '04 Cobra with black CCW Classics. |

Oh, and your gauges, try replacing the stock bulbs for blue LEDs (to match your car). I did that, but with red LEDs and I think it's wicked. You can see them in my sig.
