RIP SRT-4 Update #3 - Lone Star Stangs

I went by the wrecking yard to get some stuff out of Margo's car today and to take some pics of the poor thing. I'll let the pics tell the story, but as I see it Mitch is really lucky to be alive. I've seen fatalities with less damage than this car.

Also spoke with Margo and Mitch this morning...Mitch slept a little better last night, pain is still kicking his butt and will have to remain in the hospital another night. Mainly due to his O2 is still really low while he's not on oxygen

. Hopefully he'll get to go home tomorrow.

Spoke with Margo and Mitch today and he will remain in the hospital for another day. The oxygen is not getting out through his body. He had a fever last night, but fortunately it broke. They are trying to figure out what the heck is causing his lungs not to transfer the O2 right now,possibly the "powder" from the airbags. It seems some type of chemical burned his lungs. He's seems very groggy and less alert than he was right after the crash.

Hopefully they will remedy the O2 situation so he and Margo can finally go home. Just thought I'd update so we all can keep him and his family in our prayers during this time of the year.

That sux. I know they were really hoping he would be able to spend Christmas at home. However, the fact that he is here for Christmas at all is the point to be remembered.
