Rust repair?

Im looking for some rust repair, none being cosmetic... it is all on the floorboard and in the trunk (aka non visible areas).

Is there anyone here in Houston that wouldnt charge an arm and a leg? The area is about the size of a football on the floorboard and the size of a coke can in the trunk.

Area along the edge of the car behind my side skirts is rusty too... maybe have whoever look at that as well.

Thoughts?

my first hatch was the same way but bigger and i did it by myself (im only 18) took me a weekend to do, a few tools and never had any problems
