I had a little gathering at my place with mostly co-workers to celebrate somethings that had happened at work. Jello shots were involved, along with a bottle of Southern Comfort. We thought that it would be cool to walk to the lake and swim for a while. I got in and swam around, got out and started walking back to the house with the skinny white girl. 20 minutes later, we wonder why no one else has gotten back so we call one of them to see what was up. One of my co-workers passed out in the lake and almost drowned. 2 ambulances, a county sheriff, and a trooper responded to the call. He said he saw his dead relatives, but he his ok now. Not going to let that happen again. :thumbdown

That's EXACTLY why I don't swim in lakes or ponds...some zombie or mutated fish/alligator combo creature pulled this guy under.

Ive been in Canyon 100's of times no problem at all. (no mutated fish or scary creatures)
Its when you get all tanked up and think you can swim to the dam and back that shit goes bad in a hurry. Like 6 people have drowned in Canyon this summer
Drinking and water is a bad mix usually.

Glad he is ok that could have been bad
