That is partly true, but So What??? It is not really a "lack" of power, it is "less" power than a GT. Tell me WHY you need a LOT of power to drive the city streets and highways.....To work, to the grocery store, to a night out. NOW if you are into racing at the track, then YES, power and fast are what it is all about.

Is your car bone stock ? All the way down to the original air filter ?

Well then you seem to be on your way my friend . I heard Pep Boys is running a sale on their fart can mufflers . I think you should buy two of them and cut out the rear bumper cover on the other side to make room for the duals !!!

Oh and don't forget the "type R" stickers and the fender vents .

Thanks for the tips.......but don't need no stinking duals with a 6" outlet fart can. Going with the "GTR" badges!! (that's with the red "R"), and maybe some Cobra badges!!...should run low 12s.

I'm headed for Pep Boys right now!!

Cobra badges are worth atleast 5 extra rwhp . I am not sure on the GTR badges though . I was considering installing some fender vents on my car actually . I think they'd bring in all kinds of leg at the next NOPI event SAR host .

well stock... yes.. my 6... not so much. SSSTANG's six.. not at all. all the turbo/twin turbo/supercharged 6's.. nope. even the full bolt on 6's have decent power, for a 6. (and about as much power as an sn95 nPI gt)

yeah but you will never get the v8 sound!!! I have heard many try but none have succeeded. Some have it at idle but then it sucks at WOT and vise versa.
