For Sale or Trade: 1987 Buick Regal Turbo T
I am contemplating selling/trading my 1987 Buick Turbo T. It is one of the more rare Turbo Regals produced in 87. It is a WE2 option black body car w/ chrome bumpers. There were only around 1200 or so cars like this built that year, versus the production of more than 20,000 Grand Nationals in 87. You should all know what this car is and about it's rarity, as well as what performance it's capable of. I have had this car for 4 years. It has a rod knock, but I have a new block and turbo crank for it. That is the only mechanical issue with it. The trans is fine. I also have a spare posi unit for the rear end, although the current rear carrier has no issues. The current motor in it spun a rod a while back, and it's just been sitting in the garage ever since. The motor was built with very nice aftermarket parts, which will be reusable. This can be a very solid engine again. These parts include: .030 over Diamond forged pistons, ARP fasteners, billet main caps, more aggressive cam, double roller timing chain, 40# injectors, billet adj. FPR, Joe Lubrant chip, Turbosaver oiling system, 2800 RPM stall converter, B&M trans cooler, and a hotwired Walbro 340 fuel pump. The heads have also been ported considerably. I only put 8,000 miles on it before the knocking. The car will come with the current turbo, and a spare. I have a few extra parts sitting around, too. The paint has seen better days, but the body is very straight. The interior isn't great, but it isn't horrible. It needs a headliner and carpet, and there are just a couple small tears in the lower front seat cushions. The rear seat is in excellent shape. It has new body-to-bumper inserts, new shocks and coil springs, Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings, newer tires, as well as a straight 3" exhaust system.
Price = Much lower than $10,000.  I am interested in 94-95 SN95 Cobras or GT's, as well as parts. The car is in Ennis, but I live in Denton.I will be very picky with trade offers, and cash offers will only be entertained from serious buyers. Thanks. -Andrew 972 742 5155
