Whats the spring rate on those springs? Who actually makes those shocks?
i dont know the rate, i just know they keep the factory rake and are progressive.
the shocks i dont know who makes them but the msrp on them was 650...

Nice I bet it rides real good. Im pretty sure Saleen uses Bilsteins n just puts their name on em. How did you get it all so cheap, thats a deal right thuurrr.
EDIT: Found it. BAM. They are bilsteins, except they are valved for Saleens spring of choice(whatever brand springs they use n just rebadge lol)
I bet if you add those saleen springs or springs with a similar rate your car will ride rails.
Have you given any thought to adding a panhard bar?

As cheap as they are for 3v's I think its worth it. an SRA needs all the help it can get. lol

these mods were put on over 4 weeks ago and i bought them in feb. just now got them on though. also ford is pissing me off on the shelby so i may be canceling it and getting a 350/370z , raptor (may wait for supercrew since i just found out supercrew raptors are coming), or another car. plus i plan on keeping the 07 gt wether i get the shelby or any other car.

yep still dont have a VIN. was suppose to have one over a month ago. they are still building ones that are ordered by dealers to be on their lots and they are all loaded with stuff i dont want like the SVT package....all i want is Black Vert, red stripes, and navi....

Speaking of a black GT500 vert w/red stripes, I parked beside one last Saturday...
It was an 09 though...
I'll try take them off this weekend..if not the next. I'd be patient..Im not planning on selling mine for a grip, unless your in a hurry for some "big race" and need lca's asap that you need order them next week lol. Nothing wrong with them just dont need them anymore. Just greese the polyurethane bushings before you put them on.

Best case is he gives up on the Shelby and gets a new 5.0 and them smacks the shelby guys around on the track.
SCT has a new tune, adds 27rwhp to the 5.0's. As more and more bolt on's come out, those cars are just going to be silly.
I like this car WAAAAAAAAY better than the GT500 haveing seen and been in both Id pick this one fo sure......2011 Shelby GT350
Also it is quicker than a GT500

LOL you could get a new z06 damn near for what that conversion costs. They do look good though.
shelby gt350 is WAY to expensive.....and uglier than the gt500 IMO.
plus i dont think the gt350 is avaialble in a vert.

NO vert. But it will be a lot less common only a total of 23xx (I forget the number he told me same as 65-66 version) will be built. And it isnt a post title deal I spoke to the shelby rep and they have the 1st 30 cars fro FOMOCO at vegas already for conversion.

I think its just the age gap, the Shelby name just doesnt mean anything to me like it does to the older bunch. I dont see the point in basically paying for a whole other car, just for a nicer interior and a body kit and blower.

Guess again amigo a tad over 60K for the GT350 from what I was told by Shelby.
Its not so much the SHELBY name as I am about tired of GT500's since they are a dime a dozen pretty much.
I really have no interest in a new GT500 I do however like the fact that the 350 will be a 2yr only deal (like the hertz) and in the end will be a more rare car.
I prefer the old ones (shelbys) any ways since the "new" ones are everywhere they kinda have lost there attraction. I like the ones someone busted ass to get to restored condition not one that just cuz ya got a fat bank roll you can "own a shelby". I know it takes $$ for the old ones but most of them are true stang people not just "Oh thats neat and I got a wad o $$ so Ill take one" kinda owners......
