    San Antonio shop for sale or lease

    Well a freind of mine who owns a transmission shop is ready to retire and will be putting his shop up for sale or leasing it out.

    Its got 2 bays up front and 3 bays in the back, along with a storage on the side and two offices. the property is high fenced and has ample parking in front and parking for customer cars inside the fenced area.

    total sq footage is prolly about close to 4000 sq ft.

    he is asking $175,000 for the property and will throw in all his tools including work benches, snap on compressor, hosings, inventory. if you choose not to take inventory or tools he will clear them out.

    lease will be 2000 a month.

    pics will be up shortly, shop is located on South, South west side of San Antonio. he's been there since 1978.
