I tried tonight... but the car seemed to be loving the cold air way to much... couldn't touch the gas without blowing the tires off (nitto DR's with 18lbs in em too!) wouldn't hook worth a damn. sigh.

It wasn't really a competition of "who gets 12's first" That was just Brian's personal goal, cooper's the one who said, "i'll hit 12's before you!!" and he did so good job! But as far as the actual run, brian won that.

got the Nitrous hooked up, but the track had none, so had to run without. (well maybe got like a 10hp shot out of it ;-) )

I ran 12.38@114, but with absolutely no nitrous whatsoever I ran 12.6 and 12.7 at 110ish

1.81-1.83 60' times ( i was hoping to cut a 1.7 60') and was hoping for a 12.3 on the motor alone


hell with it, I am just gonna push it to a 150 shot, spray it out of the hole and hang on at MM

with a 1.81 60' and 110 trap i would think you would have had better times. did you miss a gear or slow shift?

and yes, my car is an auto (3500 stall and the tranny is built, but I think I should throw her a shift kit this weekend)

Wish i could have ben there, sounds like you guys had some fun! I want a crack at some of them GM ya'll got there. I recently done a lil work to the stang so its runnin good now. And i got a 100 shot on it now, im thinkin about upping it to 150 and maybe hit 11s. Oh and i need slicks, these Drag radials are decent but i can still spin em no prob.

I'll just take off the whole bed.
Only thing I took off was the spare tire last night. Left the seat and tailgate etc. Truck weighed 4680.
