I remember a thread about starting a new meet on Saturday nights - did anything ever come of it ? Fudd's is ok, but they're starting to get a little 'elitist' in that they block off a bunch of the spots up front, claiming the spots are reserved for the club members and then let their friends or 'special cars' park there whether they're in the club or not. Guess that's their perogative, but they could at least be honest about it.
My wife and I both like going to these things, but she doesn't like sitting in the back areas where it's dark (one of the nice things about Biffs - good lighting and if you get there early enough, you can get a decent spot without someone telling you that you can't park there).
Anyway - just wondering if there's any alternatives for Sat. nights ..................

The new meet for Saturday nights is located at The Rim (Bass Pro Shop).
The first one took place last night 6:00pm-10:00pm. This event will take place once a month (third saturday). San Antonio Mustang Club is the organizer.

Okay, that's cool. I've been out there a couple times.. I wouldn't mind going to the SAMC event once a month.

Thats a huge parking lot, not a bad idea at all, and yea Im the one organizing the new meet, it will probably be on the 3rd or 4th Sat in May. I just need to go by at night to check out the lighting and let the owner know of a sure date.
