so my car revs itself sometimes and sometimes it doesnt. it'll either sit at 600 rpms or rev between like 300 and 800. but today i realized it only does it when the heater or A/C is on. does anybody know what the problem is? thanks

Check your IAC, and check all lines for a vacuum leak.
