I would presume that the O2 sensor needs to be replaced.
But then again I am not a mechanic.....

Bank 1 refers to the bank of cylinders containing Cylinder #1.
Sensor 1 refers to the O2 sensor closest to the exhaust manifold.
Sensor 2 refers the O2 sensor downstream of the catalytic converter.

I will try and pick up my code sheet. It may just be a misfire...

found here

sounds to me like the rear 02 is bad or has its heater circuit gone on the passenger side.

Well I've replaced the two front o2 sensors and programed the rear o2's off, but still getting the same code.

who programmed them off? if they are off you should not get a code from it. I think you missed one.

Thanks to Bennie from the Hotrod Store It's finnaly fix. Come to find out that even if you program the rear o2's off the computer still looks for a signal from them. When I installed the Mill eliminators I had streched one of the connection wires from the plug, and did not notice untill yesterday. I spoke to Bennie, and he advised me to check the conections to the o2's and remove the Mill 's because I have the programer now. This has finnaly fixed my SES light problem that I have had now for over 6 months!
