set up questions

I'm starting to put my motor together, I have a set on TFS twisted wedge heads. I'm looking to get a 331 stroker kit. I'm also geared towards getting the TFS track heat intake. I'm not sure if i should go with 1.6 or 1.7 rockers and considering going with an F-cam. I also have a 6 psi sc though. I'm not sure which way to go for a stroker kit. Are they all pretty much the same. Are there certain things that I should look for when deciding?
