shifters

well ive moving to my next mod and a friend totaled his gt and is offering me his shifter for $60, its a pro 5.0 for tr-3650 and well he told me that steeda tri-axs are not all that impressive and to him his personal favorite was the MGW but that they wear easily and he said that the pro 5.0 is a all around good shifter very firm and precise, so what are yalls opinions?

Here man. Get one of these gaskets. I lost the one I had before i installed it but I plan on getting another one.

CobraBob's Stang Shifter Gaskets

For the cheap price it's worth a try. I used the RTV mentioned above, and have used a few others (I've removed the shifter about 5 times for different reasons), no matter what brand or style of RTV was used there was always the same amount of tranny noise.
