when i was under the car doing the fuel filter, i did notice that the old insulators were zip tied togethor/in the perches. i thought those were more of a comfort/noise deal.

The shocks made a big difference. I noticed it mostly in breaking and accelerating. There was not much less nose dive on breaking, and much less motion transfer on hard acceleration. I'm just saying, you know the springs make the ride firmer to begin with, so it makes it harder to judge the shocks I think.

ya the only problem is that i didnt put them on. the guy who had the car before me did. i have also hear that once you go past a 1.5 in drop that it is better to use the fox shocks because they are shorter.

Yeah, mine had the sportlines when I got it, but I changed them to prokit because of ride height issues and driveablilty for me. I heard the fox thing also and I believe it only applies to the fronts, but I went with the correct parts for my ride and don't have any problems so far. I just rode in some stock GT's recently when car shopping with a buddy and the ride on those is definitely softer. I got mine with the sportlines so I never got to feel the stock ride. Check the isolators though if you haven't yet.
