shocks and tires

I've got a 98 roush stage 2 that came with bilstein shocks and my friend is tellin me kyb is better. I don't know. What do ya'll think. Plus he's trying to convince me to stay away from Kumo tires. What kind of tire do ya'll think would be good on my car. I have 245/40 zr18 in front and 295/35zr18 in back.

billstein is a awesome shock company. if i had the cash thats what i would run. as far as tires go kuhmo is ok, but there are other better brands depending on your wallet.

it really depends in the past few years IMO Kuhmo tires have gone to shit. I have had 2 different sets and was not very happy with the performance of either.

it depends on what u want to do.. your friend probably drags his car and is referring to kyb adjustables. which in either case would be better than a non adjustable bilstein, if u actually use them. but your average driver i.e someone who doesnt hit the track up(1/4 or road course) is gonna like the bilsteins better. and kumhos suck...bad
