Thumbs down Snapped stud in half today

Ahem.. hate to say it.. so I won't say it

Anyhow, I finally finished reinstalling the driver side header by myself after I hear ticking noises coming from it from the first time I installed the headers. Sure enough, it was leaking. So, I bought new ford gaskets and installed it today. After I finished tighten all the bolts and reinstall the oil dipstick. I went and put the egr tube back on (the top of engine, not the one on header). Well because of the bent, I disconnected the dish looking thingy that connected to the plenum and then bolt it on to the EGR tube. After that I put it back with the plenum the way it was. Well... it was so damn hard to put the stud because the EGR tube kept pushing back that I snapped it in half by overtighten it :gil:

What would be an easy way to get it out? Thanks
