thats the same with all consoles. they make their money off of the games, and accesories. when i use to run a game rush store. the stores dont make any money off of systems either. We would get xbox360s for 397.99 and sold them for 399.99. but controllers we would pay 23 bucks for them and sale for 34.99, and only cost sony 7 bucks to make them. Sony getting screwed because they are a year behind xbox and nintendo actually put out a system worth something unlike the gamecube

werd...i dunno about the $7 production of controllers now, but the company went into it planning for major losses so there really hasn't been any "turmoil" in the company...most of the people so far have been like "ehhh..." I think the bigger thing they are looking at is now that the war is over because of the PS3 primarily, they can finally start looking into what else they want to do with it...like become the first game system to take over small countries with mind control

well yeah the 7 dolllars was a couple of years ago when i worked at GameRush. That was for Dual shock 2 controllers. I used to have conference call every other week with, sony, nintendo, microsoft, and major game companies ie EA, activistion reps

naw they werent delevopers more like reps for the company....but that would be cool to talk to the game developers

Well if people ( kids ecspecially) would get off there asses and out from in front of the TV or Computer playing games. It would have a two fold effect Sony and the rest of um would lose even more money and American kids wouldnt be fat lazy dumbed down idiots....
