Horsepower increase from a cat-back will not be much at all. The only real way to know for sure is to dyno it, but on a V-6 my guess with only doing a catback would be about 5 horses at the wheels.

Next point: What do you mean by gears totally screwing up your car. Any professional should be able to install them without a problem. Gears are typically one of the first Mods done to a stang. They are one of the best bang for the buck mods out there (nitrous is another one, but you've already expressed your feelings on that).

Finally please stay away from body kits. If you want an Idea of how to make your V-6 look good check out bandits car or Joestang96's old car.


*disclaimer: I have only heard these exhausts on V-8s and have no idea how they sound on 6's

hey thanks for the throw down on the body kit lol its cool....but i have 25,000 invested in ma car man DONT DO IT is all i can say learn from me and ask anyone else its not worth soopin up a v6... i have diablo sports chip,flow master dual exhaust,MAC underdrive pullys, MAC cold air intake, Projer Performance chip moduel, upgraded throal body spacer, upgraded difreencial and gears(4.10),body kit,lights,ect if i had a cobra gt saleen ect and put all that on to it IT WOULD BE TIGHT...but ya the best bang for your bucks would be the CHIP!! or the GEARS!! i RECOMEND Marillo Motorsports again for EVERYTHING there the BEST in the business:jeff: :jeff: btw i i havent have a chance to say welcome so here is is WELCOME!:threegear
