soooo i work with this guy that drives a srt-4, and is always thrashing on what he can beat...STOCK from the factory!!! so today i was sporting the lss.com tee and on lunch a 01 cobra passes by and he yells out "oh i can soo beat that" sooo i know these like neons can hang with the big boys, but really what can these neons beat stock to stock???

5.8 zero to 60 is pretty good for a 17k car. what does a stock SN95 new edge run? I think its in the same area?

look at the cost though, the car is almost as fast as a new edge and cost 8k less. when they were both brand new. i have seen some FAST neon srt4 and stage 3 cobolt SS. do i like the cars?? of course not but im not gonna take anything from them being fast for the price

I used to have one. Well my wife had one and it was pritty quick. We sold it to a friend of mine and he made it pritty quick. Its running low 13's high 12's right now on a stock turbo and bolt ons. I dont dawg them because I had one and I enjoyed it.

i dont know why so many ppl talk shit about srt-4s... they are very respectable cars. and i dont understand why ur so stuck on the v8 thing ryan...do i need to remind you what your super muscle v8 makes?

for what it is.. they are fast and for a grand or so they will whip most things on the road...

There is a diff between an srt4 and a v6 mustang.. the srt4 is designed for performance a v6 mustang is just to sell to the gen public.

and why are they a POS ryan.. what facts do u have that makes them such trash? i myself know 3 ppl with em and have never had a problem at all. and they all have upgraded tbos and mods.. if they are such POS im sure i would have heard about it from them

Even with extra weight, the SRT 4 is still quick. and its really good on gas. and if you ever sit in one, they are really comfortable.
