stock cam?

what is the intake and exhaust lift on a stock 93 5.0 lx camshaft. i have this cam but dont know the what kind it is....any help would be good. thanks-Nathan

High .430s low .440s with 1.6 rockers
I believe it is supposedly .444

The 1.7 Cobra rockers put it at .470s

That is valve lift not lobe lift.

cobra cam is also smaller than an HO cam, but they come with 1.7s stock so it is effectively "larger"

if you have stock heads, stick with a stock cam and slap some cheap crane 1.7s on there. You can retard it a few degrees is you have the front cover off.

gt40 family of intakes with a retarded stock cam and boltons will get you 245+ at the wheels and good enough for 12s with a darn good driver and tire

ok thanks i have a cam from a 93 lx but i dont know any of the specs for it.

Cam specs for the '91-'94 cam.
214 in. / 210 ex. duration at .050 lift.
276 in. / 266 ex. duration at .006 lift.
.444 in. / .444 ex. valve lift.
.2775 in. lobe lift / .2775 ex. lobe lift.
intake opens at 11 degrees ATC / closes at 45 degrees ABC at .050 lift.
exhaust opens at 39 degrees BBC / closes at 9 degrees BTC at .050 lift.
intake opens at 20 degrees BTC / closes at 76 degrees ABC at .006 lift.
exhaust opens at 67 degrees BBC / closes at 19 degrees ATC at .006 lift.
intake lobe center line is 118 degrees.
exhaust lobe center line is 116 degrees.
the lobe center seperation angle is 115 degrees.

The goal is to get the car to run 10.0 on radials,with out a power adder and still be streetable.
My car is an '85 sonic blue coupe with 302 bored and stroked to 364, Ported Twisted Wedge heads and a BXR intake, A9M ECM with a Tweecer, C4 with trans brake, Hoosier 275/60/15 drag radials, no power adders.

If you are asking about the cam specs, I have a list of cam specs also the part numbers.

i think that would be great the numbers stamped on the end of the cam dont match anything i have looked at so far
