Stroker Questions

All right guys, I know its probably been asked so many times but i have a couple stroker questions. Ok, If I went with a 347 crank and rods, what ratio and size are the rods? The crank has a 3.400" stroke right? Does the size of the rods vary or is there a certain size to use with a 347 crank. I know a guy that has some pistons and said hed rebuild my block for free, b/c its fun to him. So i opted to get the pistons from him and am lookin for a crank and rods to use. Anyone know of quality crank that is still affordable? Im lookin to spend about probably400 - 450$

You can use a 1.175 compression height piston with a 5.315 connecting rod and a 3.4 inch stroke to build a 347 with a completely un-intersected oil ring.

or, the typical 347 stroker, which uses a 1.09 compression height piston with a 5.4 rod. this is a shorter piston, and has an exposed oil ring land.

Scat 9000 on the crank, its a cast crank but they say that they are good to about 650 hp @ 7000 rpm
