I was thinking about doing a detail day and mod day probably around july 24 because i dont have my liscence till the 12th and as we will be bbq'ing and CANNOT provide alcohol but feel free to bring your own and i'd like to get some preliminary numbers on how many can come before i make definate plans my carport can hold 2 94 and ups w/one fox body at once and it is a little drive about 20 miles from 1604 and 87(near adkins)
however i can only come up with more details if i find out how many people will be comming

my dad doesn't believe in buying tools for some reason so i dont have many tools just the basics and i dont know where 1/2 of those are because people in my house dont believe in putting things back where they find them so

as for food i can either order some pizza's although everyone would have to bring like 5 bucks each for person a lg is 12dollars and we would need like 9 or 10 of them so that about 110-115 in food alone pending the deals we can make we have a great pizza place up here hotstuff anyone heard of it?

or we could have burgers and hotdogs i think pizza would be better but it's much more expensive plus last time we used out grill the grill caught fire and nealy exploded we need to buy a new one


so either way money will be spent so let me know what you think

if a lot of people wanna go, you might have to consider changing the location since you said you cant have too many people over.

as far as food goes, it would be much cheaper to grill. im sure one of us can bring a good grill

okay due to powers out of my control it most likely will not be on the 17th more likely date will be the 24th Because of my mother beeing ignorant to anthing I say but anyone else she pays careful attention to GRRR :pissed:

the date is set as the 24th of JULY
and i(when i sat I i mean my parents)just dont want any underage drinking because they will be the ones held responsible for it so i would prefer people not 21 or over not to bring it but theres not much i can do about is

donations for food are more than welcome in fact they're encouraged i just dont want to be stuck w/ the tab just everyone bring like $ 2 or 3 dollars and that should cover it
