Tail Light

Anybody have tips on changing a tail light bulb? The manual says go to the dealer or qualified technician. It can't be that hard, but I don't want to mess anything up.

Open the trunk

right behind the lights there is a covering inside the trunk. You'll need to unhook it and pull it out a little. this will give you access to the 4 nuts holding the light on. Unscrew the 4 nuts and the tailight will come loose. Pull the tailight out a little and you will have access to the bulb connections. Gently twist the connection and they should come loose allowing you to pull them out and get at the bulb. Replace the bulbs and put everything back together and you';ll be good to go.

I hope to have a DIY write up on this with pics sometime this week. Hopefully.

The covering inside the trunk is my problem. Do the plugs and the hooks that hold the mesh netting just pop out?
