I deleted myself from the boards...

as they say... a few bad apples can ruin the whole bunch. I just didn't want to have to deal with anymore drama. I love the club... and I love almost ALL the people in it. There are just a few people I don't want to have to deal with everytime I'm on there. I'll still be at the meetings and events... you guys won't get rid of me so easily Anyways... if you want the long version of why I got off... feel free to PM me.

That minor detail seems to have been overlooked by many people...

By making the Lounge for "paid members only"... its made the board seem more like a "right" rather than a "privledge." Its almost funny... I've been in STMC for about 8 months now... and I've seen the club do almost a 180. The first time I met any one from the club was at the November carshow in '03, and then the Christmas Party. Although my first meeting wasn't untill Febuary, I've noticed since then the club has changed in so many ways, and not all of the changes have been good.

We (stmc admins/mods) knew that there would be a few people that made such a big deal about the pd membership, that they would feel, like you correctly stated, that by being a pd member would grant them the right to view/post in the hangout. You are correct as well that this is a priviledge that can be revoked. This was discussed on the Admin/Moderator forum when the changes were being planned out.

I respect your opinion, but until both sides drop their beef with each other, there is always gonna be the suspicion that the other person is teasing you. I'm glad Abel brought it up in the STMC forum, but Tami you should really try and talk with them on your own and see if you can work that out with them before you go deleting yourself and continuing the cycle of drama.

Personally, I do not understand why people are deleting themselves, only to come back later on...if you don't want to post or don't want people to see you when your on, just don't log on...simple as that.


but back to my original point...this discussion does not belong on LSS...
