I heard rumors, but looks like they're filming it already. Supposed to come out Summer, next year.

Christian Bale = John Connor.

It's set to take place after T3, but before Arnold's Terminator model is developed. So, Pre- T-101.

I think there's a good chance, this one will be good.

Also, it's the first of 3 new Terminator movies.

If you have the T3 movie and look through all the extra stuff on the dvd , they show how Arnold's model came to be. I think it was in the deleted scenes section, cause it was kind of dumb the way the had Arnold voice it, but then we learn why the Terminator has the accented voice.

Sounds like T4 should be a good start to the new trilogy.

From what I remember, the scene shows scientists and Air Force generals watching a video of Arnold running on a treadmill hooked up to all kinds of medical monitors. It looks like the AF is doing an informational video on building the perfect artificial soldier based on the perfect human soldier (Arnold). When Arnold speaks, he has the voice of what souns like an inbred North Caorlina hillbilly, whose name is Sgt. Candy I think it was.

Anyways the consensus of the room is that the video is good, but his voice sucks. Someone suggests just dubbing it over. So they pick one of the scientists in the room. When he speaks guess what voice he has, Arnold's Austrian voice.

So from there we assume that Skynet made all the 800 series model 101 terminators in Arnold's image with the dubbed over voice.

yeah I saw that too it was hilarious I really wish they'd have left it in the movie.

I don't mind them makin more as long as Arnold's out. He's too damn old and the model 101 is overplayed. Like seriously with all the newer models they couldn't send back a newer one to stop these top of the line models from killin Connor? (Terminator2 being the exception because the T1000 was the next gen)

no it was because John connor was familiar with the model. They mention it in T-3 when they're riding in the dog truck

though you'd have to assume gettin their hands on a better model would be extremely difficult.

In the terminator timeline, there have been other models that have been captured. If you ever watched the Sarah Connor chronicles, the female terminator has been reprogrammed and sent back in time to help John and Sarah just like the 101 model. Her exact model has not been revealed yet, but she is supposed to be from the year 2027.

yeah i heard rumors of these too a year or so ago, think cuz sony wanted to somehow plug different products we had coming out lol if they do come out with these i would be more hyped to see it ESPECIALLY if someone like Michael Bay was behind the camera

I actually just got back from dark knight and there is a trailer for it, says its coming summer of 09...of course they didnt show much you never see a terminator, but you do see one of the one that had mini-guns as its arms pop outta the water behind him
