Last time i went we BBQ one day and the next we ate in a german place in town that was really good.

ALso the fishing was really good in april. Caught 4 Bass. 2 of them over 4lbs each. Along with some perch and crappie

lets hope the water level is up. when i was there last april it was bearely enough. its normally 15-20 feet deep at points and the deepest i found was about 5-7 feet. I dont remember them getting a lot of rain this past year.

When I weasel The Donger into it - we'd probably go down Friday evening and stay Saturday night, too. It's both of our birthdays, and our anniversary, too - so we'll be wantin' to do something ...

I'll put in my leave slip tomorrow and sssscheck into getting my Parks Pass found and/or re-activiated. I think it expired in November or so ...

Yeah Spring Break is gonna be a tad tough to do....

The weekend before (Sat Maarch 6th) there is a Mustang car show in Austin.
Why dont we cruise up for it?

"Released by the Mustang Club of Austin:
Saturday March 6th we will be joining with the Round Rock Express and the
Dell Diamond for the 2010 edition of our Spring Car Show. As in the past
this show is open to all makes and models of cars and trucks. This will be
an open show, with awards given to the top 12 vehicles based on the votes
cast by fellow participants. Entry fee is $15 and the registration form is
available on the MOCA website. As in our previous Spring shows, the Dell
Diamond will be open and the Round Rock Express will be hosting an open
house with lots of family friendly activities to promote the upcoming 2010
baseball season. Concessions, rest rooms, and the Rail Yard store will be
open throughout the day.
