i don't know yet, i want to know wich would be the better route to go, if i repair/refresh the existing drivetrian, sell it, and buy a complete termy or, forge internals and do the eaton swap, looking for a 500+ daily driver,
to what i've read 03/04s had better heads and an iron block so maybe i would have to change this, need some info LOL
stuff that would be for sale
hood
front bumper
IRS
t45
4.6 aluminum longblock*
whole interior
with that $ i would get some things needed

Might come out cheaper to find a totaled cobra and do a drivetrain swap rather than trying to piece out an eaton swap and the engine is already capable of 600 hp to start with. If all your after is 500 hp then I would really consider this option.

Then again, you could always just send out your aluminum block and get it built with forged internals and use the cobra heads. Then sell off the cobra shortblock to recoup some of that money.

Doing the eaton swap your looking at spending at least 3k for everything if pieced out seperately. If you get lucky and I mean really lucky, you can find somebody locally going turbo and swap or find and eaton kit somewhere and save some $$$.

i'm really in the middle of a dilema right know (change my mind every 2 weeks) i guess i'll put it back to stock, i'm really falling for the 99-01s right know, maybe when its done, plus the 35th LE and the H/C/I 93 GT together can get me a low mileage or modded Terminator, i'll keep you guys updated on the status of the car,

plans right know...
rebuild/repair with Manley SVT rods
swap rear IRS-SRA
4.30
full exhaust
tune
low 12s?
if life smiles, Procharger i want the cog setup to make it sound as SICK as this
