They look tinted tail or head lamps
Hey can any one tell me how its possible to get my tail lamps and headlamps darkened. I have seen tail lamps and headlamps that look like they have been darkened, but they did'nt have blackouts on,yet when they illuminated it looked like they had nothing on at all. It looks like it might be some kind of tinting, but i don't think that its any kind of window tinting. I think that grey and dark colored cars look good like that. Everything kind of blends together. It looks like you have blackouts on only when you turn on the lights they look bright that way you should'nt get hassled by the fuzzz or inspection centers when you go for a vehicle inspection..... considering that blackouts are illegal. Any help would be greatly appreciated....
