Things that make you go hmmmmm.

Why is it that tech support people send everyone an e-mail telling us the network is down, and that they are working on it. obviously we know it's down we can't log on.

good customer service skills. its kinda like when you go thru the drivethru at a fast food place, and you paid at the first window, and pull up to second window, and no one is there. you sit there for 3 minutes thinkin.. what the crap is going on? well.. in the back, they are working on your food, but you think they forgot about you. so you complain to the manager, then they bring your food out and say sorry about the wait.. we had to wait on chicken fingers....

so basically, its a technique used so they dont get 32075632134 people calling the company saying that the system is down yo!

Being on the same Outlook system as you are.....I have often wondered the same thing. Half the messages I get are from them stating that that there are all kinds of problems on certain servers that don't effect me.

Like....who cares!!!

So why did a Converse cop knock on our door at 1 in the morning and tell us some kids eggs cars in the neighborhood and it got on our truck....Mick goes out to find it only hit the tire. The cop says if they catch him and we want to file a report, we can.

hmmmmmmmm

Apparently he didn't know we are in bed at 8. So if there is a knock at the door that late/early I assume someone died or is trying to break in the house.
