thinkin about the new look...

as i said in the thread in the lounge.. if and when the car gets fixed, if i cant get the 86clip, its going to get a huge makeover, including a full paint job. this is what i had in mind, but am open for suggestions.

im thinking of putting the SVO R hood on it with the 87clip. the hood will be dark red, as my car is right now, with the same color charcoal painted in. the charcoal spot will be kinda like the hoodscoop stripe on the newer GT's, where its right in front of the scoop, going towards the hood. im going to photoshop this later to see what it looks like. and if i get that hood, im going to get the steeda aero wing to complement the height of the hood. and of course get some of those 87 headlights like larry has that are clean as all hell!

any other suggestions? as i said, im open for any suggestions, as it may sway my opinion. there are plenty of combinations that look good on stangs out there.

well, like i said.. im up for any considerations. the body will undergo a complete make-over, one way or another, because if i get anything ever, itll be now, since ill be needing the paint job as well. although, i was thinking the saleen rear valance. not sure.

Dude, dont go changing your front end to a newer style. The 4 eyed stangs look so much better. I want to change mine over to that. The idea about the hood will look good if you stay with the 86 front end and go with the normal SVO hood. IMO you can do so much more with the styling of the 4 eyed stangs than you can with the 87-93's. If I run across any cool pics i'll send 'em your way.
