SOOOO...the house burning down is my prob how??...you made a deal and backed out of it... i did other things based on what YOU PROMISED TO DO!!..most people that know me will vouch for me...but you can still purchase it and resell it up there if ya want to...the deal still stands with you if you want to complete it... oh..and the wait was on the purchase was for me to send the blower in and get it checked out so he got what he was paying for and so there was no probs with anything at all (which was no cost to the buyer) which YOU (BRYAN) agreed to from the start....
