Thinking about a new house

Well, we bought our house 2 years ago this coming April. It was finished in March and has all the upgrades (cable/internet in just about every room including garage, tile throughout the house-no vinyl, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, yada, yada.

While it's very nice and plenty big enough for us (2460 sqft), the Mrs has new home fever. What to do???LOL. We are gonna do some looking around and see what we can find.

Gotta have a bigger garage for the Mustang and the Mrs' Pimp mobile.

wow, we bought our house two years ago and it still feels new to me, even though it's an old house, just have her remodel, paint a few walls, maybe that will subside that urge...plus moving sucks!

I agree w/ Amanda. I would recommend redecorating or something along those lines. Don't ya lose money if you aren't in your house for a certain amount of time? I'm wanting to say 5 years. I'm a new homeowner, so I'm not sure about that - just going off of what I was told.

I'm not looking forward to that process. When we get back from jersey, we are looking to buy a house. My only requirement is a MINIMUM 2 car garage. Gotta have room for the toy.

The only thing I would hate about buying a new house is THE MOVE. GOD, I HATE moving.

Just think how proficient you could be. Just put boxes on your walker and push stuff out to the truck.
