Story...sorry for the long read. I know this has been brought up before but GAH.

How many douchbags are riding on the back of bikes now a days?! *this thread is not at people who drive their bikes right*. Bikes are awesome.... but please tell me other people are noticing the amount of tards weaving in and out of traffic and riding your bumper when you're going 80. The other day I was on the Interstate going over the speed limit and this bike was right on my crack and he gave me the "move over" sign with his hand. So naturally I moved over.....or rather slowed down to pace the semi next to me which was still doing 70. This guy had been weaving in and out of traffic in my rear view for a few mins. So to make the situation even more humorous he tries to speed around me on the shoulder. I squeeze over a little to let him know I'm in a bigger vehicle. I don't usually agitate situations but there's been about 5 bikes this week piss me off. He hits the brake real hard and then tries to speed around the semi who apparently has seen the same thing and he squeezes over a little. He gets all mad and by now I think he's about to do something even more stupid so I speed up around the semi to let him pass and he slaps my mirror! It's it wrong of me to have wanted to just give him a little push with the front end of my snake? The only thing that kept me from doing it was that he wasn't worth denting in my front bumper. Sigh...ok all better. Thanks for letting me vent. lol

Posted this in another forum and they are ripping me about trying to edge over. I wasn't really thinking about running him over, Im just venting. I didn't want him going around and losing control and having to worry about dodging him like that semi accident in Dallas a couple weeks ago. Hope that clears things up....

Yeah don't get me wrong. I think bikes are great and I respect good riders more than anything. It's always fun pulling up next to one and the guy is cool and gives the thumbs up but I just really don't respect the guys who think they own the road and put people's lives in danger.

lol i think u kinda put his life in danger more than he did you.. its kinda an unwritten rule that when ppl are going faster than u on teh interstate that u should proble move over.. granted he didnt need to be a dbag about slapping your mirror or trying to pass on the shoulder, but in either case.. i just move or go faster lol

I've seen a lot of dumb bikers weaving in and outta traffic lately too. They're just asking for an accident. I have a lot of respect for bikers as long as they have respect for me and other drivers too.

I usually do but I'm sure we're all guilty of a little road rage every once and while. I didn't jerk the wheel just rode the line to make him think about it a little. I'm sure NO ONE has done this. Please lock me up.

I agree with cody......also I proly would have kicked your door if you would have tried to squeeze me like that instead of moving over for faster traffic.....I don't own a bike and this is proly the reason.....to me if someone is riding your ass and your in the fast lane you need to move.....bottom line....I get so tired of the damn people in this town thinking they control the speed limit, and or try to put the mexican road block on you......

i agree to an extent. if someone is going 80 and still trying to blow by screw em. your already both over the limit, so technically you can control the speed in your lane. if he was really persistant, he could've gone around the other lane and blown by, right?

I don't going around looking for bikers to pick off. This is the first time I squeezed a biker. I did it because I didn't want him passing me all crazy like and putting my life danger. This whole thing lasted maybe 30 seconds till I pulled up so he could pass me. Sue me

i agree, let em pass you in the other lane. everyone driving has broken the speed limit, so technically you do control the traffic, what if you are trying to slow down and you can't cuz mr biker boy won't let you? then theres apile up and then there i am, complaining cuz i'm stuck in traffic cuz of a lil biker boy! hehe!

It's a cop car vid of a biker speeding by him then the aftermath of his bike under an expy. It catches fire and you can see the mom trying to get the kids out of the car. The biker ran off but the cops caught him.

how was HE putting YOUR life in danger? he put his own life in danger by riding your ass...then you threatened him by squeezing him in on the shoulder...

Fuck that. If I was going the speed limit and had another vehicle in the lane next to me with a jackass on my bumper he WILL wait. Two wheels or four I do not care. Their lack of timing for their schedule doesnt constitute me having to speed and put MY and OTHERS lives in danger. As far as hitting the mirror, why did you let him get that close if you had already moved over?

he should've kept with the ol' two second rule then! if someone is behind me and closing in, if he gives me time, yeah i'll let him go by. but if he gets all on my bumper and doesn't let me have some space to switch lanes, he can wait. just my opinion. besides apparently everyone in the scenario was over the speed limit. so technically they can control the road.lol!
