Thought I'd check in with you guys...

Glad to see the site is back up and running. I've gone out to the track here in Amarillo and it makes me realize just how lucky we are in SA to have SAR. Amarillo Dragway makes Alamo look like Houston Raceway Park. They don't do any track prep at all. They just throw open the gates and start racing. It really sucks for traction. I have not hooked up once at that place. On the bright side, I have not lost to a 99+ Mustang up here yet. My mods are kept secret and the only mods I confess to are K&N, exhaust and Nittos (which are useless here). See you guys in 10 months.
Mike

Yup, far worse. At the end of the track, where you brake hard, there is grass growing up through the concrete all over the place.

Sup Brian,
You confess to gears? My philosophy is... if you can't see it or hear it, it ain't there.:2thumbup: Therefore, it must be driver skill that allows me to beat these 99+ Stangs up here. Oh well, what they don't know can't hurt them.

unless you beat them in the race, they get pissed and throw down, then you whoop their ass with your fists.. then indirectly, i suppose it can hurt them. i get your point though! haha.

Yup, now when I let off, they pop really loud and shoot blue flames out the end, Cool. I am looking at putting some 14" inch wheels on the back, so I can spin them really far. You know the further you spin your tires, the faster you are? With the 14" tires that should put me in the 14.0 second range:P
