Time to hibernate

Putting my 05 into hibernation at Dallas Mustang. Right now I'm pulling 437 RWHP. My goal is 500 RWHP. They are going to pull the engine and put Manley rods, pistons and crank along with a balance and bore .20 over and maybe a smaller pulley for the Vortech and other odds n ends......after my wife finds out and rips my rear end and I heal......then maybe a change in the rear end (the cars).

Made a few changes

Talked to Justin at Dallas Mustang. Going for a Stroker Baaayyyybbeee!!
They are going to bore the block out .30 over and put in a Manley stroker kit.
The RWHP will increase but the torque will jump significantly!
Decided to have the engine done at this time because.......well with my right foot in a cast, I can't drive for at least 3 more weeks. I'll be able to drive my F150, since it's an automatic. The Mustang is a 5 speed.....it could be as long as January or Feburary before I can get behind the wheel.

actually depending on which foot is in the cast - you may get quicker throttle response if the cast is your gas pedal - LOL

Try telling that to the cops and see if they understand. What are you stroking to? 5.1L?

Next Step...A Cam

Momma hit a big one in Vegas!! I'm getting a stage 1 cam (blow by racing), springs ect. If she hits another one....maybe I can get the heads ported/polished.

I like to show my Mustang, and have had some luck with it.
I've been wanting to take it to the track just to see what it will do in
the quarter....but a show car on the track?
It would be like taking a knife to a gun fight....had to get'er ready.
Now I just hope I don't do something stupid like stalling it out with
the green light.
