Ok...The net is telling me the best sizes for an
18X9 is 255-45-18 18X10 is 275-40-18 Isnt the middle number the height percentaged out of the width (first number)? So this would make my cars tires taller in front than the back...!! ![]() If I make them both 40 or 45 I cant seem to find the same brand tire and model to match up the thread pattern in both those sizes. Ideas please as I am tiretarded. ![]()

The handy dandy tire chart says you are right.
255/45/18 = 27.04 high 275/40/18 = 26.66 high 285/40/18 = 26.98 high You probably couldnt tell a .06 diff between frt and rear.

run a 305 nitto DR on the rear or a 295 in something else

Can you tell me what tires you use? I have the 18 x 8.5 polished and I was told the same thing as the others regarding the biggest size I can get.
