I have Nitto's 555's and I love them they are really great on dry roads and in the rain, I have heard good things about the BFGs but in the rain they dont grip as well as the Nitto but I have never used them to let you know what I personally think about them..
You could try out the Nitto Invo's my dad has them on his 05 GT and loves them for DD tires.. So far he has 10,000 miles on them and they seem like they will last a long time.

I got 555's and I think I've found the tire I'm going to stick with.. great grip and good in the rain. I thought about. The bfg but if I remember correctly they were a tad more expensive and a set I had a while back (don't remember exact model) didn't last me to 15K and being a dd I need more miles.

i have 555's on all 4. 315's out back and 275 front. theyre not bad but i can still just whomp on the gas and break the rears loose on dry pavement. but def not a bad tire for the price. my next tire purchase is gonna set me back big time though. i wanna try and get 335/30/18 michelin ps2's. last time i looked they were like 650ea

315's on 17x10.5 look killer on new edge cars. I like them even better than 18x10 because I don't see a need for me to have 18's when 17's do what I want and are cheaper rims and tires.

Dear god 20 in rims on a Mustang??
I was wondering since we are talkin about tires, does anyone know how big of a tire you can fit on the stock 17 in Bullitt rims?

In an ideal world I would have 17x9 up front and x10.5 out back but I was in a situation where I had to have new rims so I got x8 all around. I have heard other ppl say they don't or wouldn't run 275's on them but I have them and I'm ok so far. They clover up the rim a lot better than the 225's that were on there and I am not worried of curb rash anymore. I like this setup but might consider 255 or 265's.

yes 315's fit no problems with out spacers. i rolled my fenders as a precaution but i could have gotten away with out it.

true blue the biggest you can fit is a 265 i belive. your limited due to the 8in with on the factory wheels. guys do run 275's but you shouldnt. your trying to cram tire on a small wheel and it kinda makes the edges start to curl sence theyre bieng pulled in from the center.

I run 28" tall M&H Racemasters out back. definitely a great tire, but unless you are making big power go with a 26" tire.
