torque specs for a tq converter?

i was hand tightening my torque converter bolts and one of the studs came out. I was pissed. this with the tranny already in. Well i returned that one and got a different brand that seems to be way better as far as quality. What are the torque specs for the converter bolts? and do any of yall use loctite on them. the bolts are 3/8-24 thread by the way. I just want to make sure the same thing does not happen again. BTW i did run the car with just three bolts holding the converter on and wow it makes my 289 feel like a 4 banger. thanks for any info.

Dude, just run with two bolts only. That should even it out.

J/K man, I have no idea either.
