True Street Instant Green

Has anyone heard of or tried this? For all of you fellow Texans that frequent Temple Academy Dragway, I just read on their website about this program. You prestage, stage and WHAM instant green light, no ambers.

I am trying to decide on either Temple or San Antonio tomorrow. I just hate fighting the Austin traffic to get to San Antonio.

Yea, its good for practice because your reaction time doesnt matter. It starts timing as soon as you go.

Since you guys are talking about drag strips ill ask this here. I live in Bryan and i was wondering which would be the nearest track im guessing temple or houston. And when are these tracks open? and also would it be a waste of time to tack my stang out to just get dusted or will it be worth it?

I am in College Station, for 1/8th mile there is Houston Motorsports Park (1.3 hour drive), they also have an oval. 1/4 mile is Houston Raceway Park (2.25 hour drive). I dont waste time on Navasota's 1/8th mile- has cow shit on the track.
