I've only been down the comal once. We rented our tubes from Texas Tubes; I was quite happy w/ them. If we have more than 10 people, they have a group discount -- $1 off per tube. This place on the river is a 2 hour trip, which I don't think will be bad after the party today. Here's their website: !!!Texas Tubes on the Comal River in New Braunfels Texas for
tubing and rafting on the Guadalupe River and Comal River!!!. I just found a $1 coupon on there also. What do ya'll think??

THIS EVENT IS STILL A GO, and another day will be planned with more time for everyone to go. Although there is a good amount of interest in this event, I know there are lots of other people who would like to go but were unable to go due to time restrictions. So keep your eyes open for more info, and those that are going have a GREAT time!!

Sorry, nobody had a camera. Going down the Comal was much better than the Guadalupe, and it was shorter so we didn't burn to a crisp. I lost my hat on the tube chute (SHIT), but besides that it was a great time. Hopefull we'll have a larger group next time.
