Tune in San Antonio?

After getting an o/r pipe I cannot turn of the SES light, i already got mils and got a mechanic to put them in, then he did other stuff, reset computer... just keeps coming back (had codes checked, its not anything else). After the o/r pipe the car was backfiring and idling really bad when the car was cold, switched to premium fuel and that took care of it, which is kinda odd. Now the damn light, I hear a tune/reflash will get rid of it for good. What exactly is that, how much, and where in San Antonio?

Mike will install a chip, and run it on the dyno to optimize the program, and take care of that ses light
