Turbo Mustang Shootout

To all Mustangs, and Turbo Fords!!!:

The Turbo Mustang Shootout Will be held the 21st of Feb. at Rivercity Raceway. Everyone is welcome to race, or watch. Any questions, shoot me a PM and I will try to answer it as best I can. Anyone intrested in racing please post.

From what I've been told, no. They will have classes for N/A and other....

Latest, and greatest news so far:

The shootout is OPEN TO ANY LATE MODEL MUSTANG!!
The turbomustangs.com Shootout is just 6 weeks away and I want to make sure everybody knows how exciting this event is going to be. This is the first event of its kind to feature late model Fords with any power adder battling against each other with little to no rules!! SUPERCHARGERS VS TURBOCHARGERS VS NITROUS VS ALL MOTOR. Come and see if you can take down the turbo cars!
I just received confirmation that the following racers are scheduled to appear: Dan Millen, X2C Motorsports 03 Cobra, Marty Chance, Kenjo Kelly, Roxanne Shephard, Travis Franklin, and Steve Cole. Many racers are using the shootout as a perfect time to test and tune for the NMRA and FFW seasons which start shortly thereafter.

We will also be having a pre-race meet and greet at Pro Turbo Kits on Friday, February 20th from 5pm-8pm. Everyone and anyone is invited to come hang out and check out some really nice cars like Dan Millen's and Tim Lynch's. PTK is located at 6630 Topper Run #7 San Antonio Texas, 78233. Just use mapquest, it isn't hard to find.

www.Foureyedpride.com is also offering a $100 prize to the quickest 4 eyed car of the day!

How fast is the car??? I'm not really sure how it is in TX, but, in AZ if you have a vert all you need is a helmet

Usually once you break 11 sec you need a rollbar/cage.

just so you know, it's San Antonio Raceway now, not Rivercity. The name changed last year. :jeff:
